Obituary of Michael Navarro

Michael went to be with the Lord July 31, 2014 in Santa Barbara. He was born on December 28, 1965, he was the youngest of four children. Michael attended Goleta Union Elementary School, La Colina Junior High School, and San Marcos High School. Locally, Michael worked at Boedecker Chevron as a tow-truck driver mechanic and also Fresno City College as a mechanic. He will be remembered for his sensitivity and kind heart and fondness for animals (especially Ali). Michael was delighted to share what he had with all his nieces and nephews. He always enjoyed going to lunch at Derf's with his brother Ed. Michael was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend and he will be missed by all who loved him. He is survived by his parents Art and Barbara Navarro, his sister Dorothy and Denise, his brother Eddie, his nieces Rosie, Jessica, Angie, Genesis, Missy, Taylor, his nephews Edward, Danny, Steven, Russell, AJ, Troy, Frankie, his great nephews Anthony, Robert, Dusty and great nieces Emma Rose, Mia, Nella, Bella, and Lily. Michael now enjoys Heaven with his nephew Martie and cousins, Laurie and John John. Visitation will be on Wednesday August 6th at 3pm at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary, Santa Barbara. A Rosary will be held at 7pm on August 6th at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary. The funeral service will be at 10am on Thursday August 7th at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Santa Barbara.
