Obituary of Ruth E. Spevak

97, of Santa Barbara passed away on January 18, 2014. Ruth was born May 4, 1916 in Chicago, IL and was a long time member of the PEO. She was a master gardener and worked for many years with the Prairie Society in Chicago. Ruth has spent the last 37 years in Santa Barbara. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Spevak of Santa Barbara, 5 nephews, Robert Ross of North Carolina, and Joseph, John, Philip and Lawrence Ross of Illinois.
