Obituary of Anthony E. Pommier

Anthony Edward Pommier 07/10/86 - 12/30/13 Anthony Pommier passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2013. A wonderful husband, father, son, son-in-law, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. Anthony leaves behind wife, Jessica Rios- Pommier, daughter Ariana Pommier, mother Elizabeth Vallejo, brothers James, Joseph, Paulino (deceased), sisters Jessica, Autumn and Valerie. Loved by all of his family, Anthony will always be remembered as a beautiful, happy, loyal, loving and forgiving young man. Anthony loved his family and has deep roots to the Santa Barbara community. In his 27 years of life Antman, as he was called by those who knew him best, grew as a wonderful person. A caring individual whose love showed immensely for his wife Jessica and their daughter Ariana. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA Antman had the zest for life and always was willing to give you his smile and kind words. Antman was wise beyond his years. His love and kind spirit was felt by all. You couldn't be around him without feeling good. His kindness would show through in every interaction. You just couldn't help but love him. His energy, love and spirit can be felt by us all on a daily basis. We know he is with Our Father, his Family and us at this very moment. For death is a part of life. So, that means we go on. His Family Loves Antman so much, it hurts. It hurts to not have him here however; we know that we will see him and all of our Family that have gone before us again. Anthony will live on in our hearts forever. Thank you to all that have cared for us during this very hard time of loss. We truly appreciate and love you for it. Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 15, 2014 at 2:00 PM, followed by a Rosary service that begins at 7:00 PM at McDermott-Crockett Mortuary Chapel, 2020 Chapala St. Santa Barbara. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday January 16, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 227 North Nopal St. Santa Barbara, the interment will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, 199 North Hope Ave. Santa Barbara, CA Arrangements entrusted to McDermott-Crockett Mortuary.
