Obituary of Marilyn M. Perkins

Born February 1929 in Wisconsin passed into the arms of her Lord on January 11, 2013. She is survived by her husband Leon, daughters Lauri, Susan, Karee (Richard), Ann (George) and daughter-in-law Norma. She is also survived by grandchildren Zachary, Cameron, Cara, Bryn, Jamie, Jade, Brennan and Bronwyn and a very special part of our family Joshua (Kitty, Fyn). She was predeceased by her son David and son-in-law Donald. Marilyn was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church for 57 years and volunteered on the Lutheran Braille teams. She was also an upholsterer for 30 years. Memorials may be sent to Braille Center # 74 c/o Emanuel Lutheran Church, 3721 Modoc Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105 or Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care, 222 E. Canon Perdido, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. A service of praise, joy and peace will be held at Emanuel Lutheran Church Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 2:00pm.
