Obituary of Elizabeth Allane Moore

Elizabeth Allene Moore, passed away on November 27, 2012 at age 84. She was known as Liz, Betty, Betsy, Mom, Bones, and the Garage Sale Lady. She would drive 60 miles to get into a card game, was an avid bowler, and planned a Saturday trip to garage sales the way a stock broker would plan a financial portfolio. She was the sweetest person I have ever known and harder headed than a mule. She lived her life on her terms and no one could convince her there could be another way. She started every phone message to me with, “Hello Michael, this is your mom.” As if she needed to clarify the sweet voice on the other end. You will be missed by more people than I could list so I will just say you will be missed by everyone who ever met you.
