My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you who have known and loved Daphne. I will miss her very much. We met about 20 years ago at an Adult Education Class and became friends. I am so sad that I had not spent any time with Daphne lately - I had only seen her at the Farmer's Market recently and connected briefly through the computer. Daphne was such a spiritual person and seemed to always strive for peace in her heart. I want to believe that she has transcended to another much more beautiful and tranquil place.

I am absolutely shocked in regards to Daphne's passing. We were great friends in High School and we enjoyed each other's company very much. I would go over and visit her when she lived on Bell's Mill Road. I remember the day her litte girl was born. I am so sorry that we lost touch with each other.

My deepest condolences to Daphne's family and friends. She was a neighbor of mine, and we ran into each other on walks around our condo complex... she with her headphones, I with my dog. We occasionally shared a cup of tea and conversation, although our paths hadn't crossed in the past few months. It was such a shock to read of her death; we always think there will be time enough for another cup of tea. I am saddened for the loss of such a genuinely caring human being; the world was a better place for her presence in it. Please know that Daphne will be greatly missed. May you find comfort in your memories of her. Sincerely, Sedona Vigliotta

Hi Leslie, I just found out from the Mortuary that you would get this email if I sent it. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss of Daphne. My prayers go out to you and your family. I met Daphne in 1980 when she moved to Santa Barbara. I had just moved to Santa Barbara and we both started working at the same company. We have been close friends ever since. We have shared a lot together, and helped each other through some very rough times in our lives. She was a very dear friend and I am going to miss her terribly. Please let me know what you decide regarding a memorial service. My phone # is 805 708-0544, if you should feel like talking. Sincerely, Shirley Forgan
